The Unitization and Enforcement Section is responsible for processing of Applications for Unit termination, approval of Unit Survey Plats, review of Lease Facility Inspection Reports, Production Pit Reports, Reserve Pit Inspection Reports, and Narrative Reports. This Section is also charged with the issuance of Compliance Orders relative to the environmental violations of the Office of Conservation rules and regulations.
