Introduction

The Commissioner of Conservation is responsible for administering all activities involving the conservation and development of all natural and mineral resources of the state.

The Executive Division is responsible for administering the activities of the Office of Conservation and the coordination of the functions of the office, including administrative and technical matters.

The Commissioner oversees the administration of five divisions within the Office of Conservation:

  • Engineering
  • Geological Oil and Gas
  • Ground Water Resources
  • Injection and Mining
  • Pipeline
