Petit Tour du Teche is a series of short races for young paddlers from ages 5 to 17, which will be held on Bayou Teche at Breaux Bridge August 6, 2016. Distances range from 250 yards to 1 mile. A 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophy with ribbon will be awarded.

The purpose is to create a racing opportunity for paddlers too young to compete in Tour du Teche (see “Rules” under “Petit Tour du Teche”) thereby seeding love of the sport and stewardship of the bayou for the future.
