Our next dance will be on Saturday, May 18, sponsored by the Baton Rouge Chapter of the Cajun French Music Association.

Live music by Jambalaya Cajun Band begins at 7:30 pm. Free dance lessons, after paid admission, start at 6:45 pm. $10 for CFMA members, $15 for non-members and $10 for students with an ID. Children 12 and under are admitted FREE.

This accordion will be awarded at the Le Cajun festival in August to the winner of a raffle that is underway now and will conclude at the festival. We’ll have $1 raffle tickets available at our upcoming dances. The alternate prize is $1000.

International Accordion Kings features duo performances, interviews, and intriguing stories that will transport each listener on a musical odyssey to the many parts of the world where the accordion has become a musical mainstay!

CFMA-BR Board Meetings

Board meetings are conducted on the second Tuesday ( except Feb 20) of each month at 6:30 pm at the East Baton Rouge Main Public Library.
