Public Hearing - Coastal Use Permitting
Public Hearing for Titan LLC. Coastal Use Permit (CUP) application P20101187. The CUP Public Hearing will occur on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at 4:30 pm, and will be immediately followed by a separate public hearing conducted by the Department of Natural Resources Office of Conservation Environmental Division (RE: Docket No. ENV 2012-07) at 6:00pm. The public hearing will be held at the Creole Community Center located at 184 East Creole Highway, Creole, LA.
Interested parties are hereby notified that in accordance with LAC Title 43, Chapter 7, ยง723.C.6.d the Office of Coastal Management of the Department of Natural Resources received a request for a Public Hearing concerning the referenced application for a Coastal Use Permit. Interested parties are hereby notified that a Public Hearing will be held on September 27, 2012 at 4:30 pm. The location for the public hearing will be the Creole Community Center located at 184 East Creole Highway, Creole, LA.
Note: Immediately following there will be a separate public hearing conducted by the Department of Natural Resources Office of Conservation Environmental Division (RE: Docket No. ENV 2012-07) at 6:00pm.
