Public Hearing: Proposed Statewide Order No. 29-R-12/13
A Public Hearing for Docket No. 12-401 is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 25, 2012. Proposed Statewide Order No. 29-R-12/13 will replace the existing Statewide Order No. 29-R-11/12. There are no estimated implementation costs or savings to the state or local governmental units as a result of the proposed rule changes. Due to an increase in the number of wells, all operators will pay less annual regulatory and production fees per well.
