Public Event Information Form

The Office of the Secretary Public Information and Communications Division is responsible for assisting in the coordinating of public events and educational outreach efforts.

In line with DNR Administrative Policy 7, DNR employees who represent the department at schools, conferences, workshops, special events, fairs, etc., should complete this simple form and submit at the earliest possible opportunity.

Some events may be presented as a department news brief or news release.
