The Management and Finance Program's mission is to be responsible for the timely and cost effective administration of accounting and budget control, procurement and contract management, information technology, management and program analysis, personnel management, and grants management to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and to ensure that the department's offices have the resources to accomplish their program goals.
