Thanks to all of you who have submitted your agency’s publications to the Louisiana State Documents Depository Program. Submit your publications in the format they are distributed: paper or electronic.
Please send documents as soon as they are published. If a document is only distributed in electronic format, send the URL with the issue/edition date each time there is a new one or the PDF file if the electronic-only document is not on your website. Please remind others at your agency/institution to submit their new and revised publications to the Program.
Participation in the Depository Program is required by Louisiana R.S. 25 and LAC 7:25:VII:5.
DNR's liaison officer is Phyllis Darensbourg.
• Annual Reports = 25 copies
• Newsletters = 15 copies
• Depository Program Core Collection titles:
--- Louisiana Energy Facts Annual = 30 copies
• Gas & Oil Production and Proration Orders = 15 copies
• Maps = 20 copies
• All other publications = 25 copies
