We have explored all of the methods available to satisfy this requirement and believe the most efficient method is to require individual online training. For online training, you must register through Ethics’ online portal and have an individual e-mail address. The e-mail address is used as the username. You can access this online training at https://eap.ethics.la.gov/EthicsTraining/login.aspx
You will receive a certificate at the completion of the training course. The deadline to complete the training is December 31 of each year. This training, required on an annual basis, is mandatory. The Board of Ethics can penalize an employee who fails to satisfy this requirement.
