Introduction
Task Force Established
In the 2004 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature, a concurrent resolution created the task force to explore the feasibility of, and model policies relative to, the development of a marine aquaculture industry in the Gulf of Mexico that utilizes offshore oil and gas platforms for culturing marine organisms.
