How to Acquire a Mineral Lease on State and State Agency Lands and Water Bottoms in the State of Louisiana

Any party who wants to apply for a state or state agency mineral lease shall register certain information with the Office of Mineral Resources on a one-time basis prior to submitting an application. Registration consists of submitting a completed official Applicant Registration Form which is available online at the OMR Forms page.
