| “Our Lives…Our Water” |
Award-winning film, “Our Lives…Our Water” was produced as an educational tool stressing the importance of environmental stewardship of water resources throughout the state.
Public and private schools, science teachers, and civic leaders have been receiving this video at no cost from the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources since August of 2008.

Newcomer, Morris and Young Productions, Inc. of Monroe was honored with a Silver Addy at the American Advertising Federation Addy Awards meeting in March 2009, for their work on the film.
Learn more about where ground water is found, what is an aquifer, and get some tips from a fifth grader on conserving water for generations to come.
