*Certain Texas and Oklahoma utilities own a portion of generating facilities located in Louisiana and operated by a Louisiana utility. Sam Rayburn G % T, Inc., owns 10% (55 MW) and Sam Rayburn Municipal Power Agency owns 20% (110 MW) of the R.S. Nelson #6 generating plant. GSU operates the plant and owns the remaining 70% (385 MW). The Northeast Texas Electric Cooperative and the Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority together own 9.7% (63 MW) of the Dolet Hills #1 generating plant operated by CLECO. CLECO owns 50% (325 MW) and SWEPCO owns the remaining 40.3% (262 MW).
