Paula is a graduate of

the Technology Assessment Division, she is responsible for the budget,
planning, and personnel in the Energy Section.
Paula coordinates the preparation and implementation of DNR's U.S.
Department of Energy State Energy Plan for
Paula is an active member on
several committees dealing with energy and environmental problems including the
Greater Baton Rouge Clean Air Coalition, National Association of State Energy
Officials, Clean City Coalitions in
Paula regularly communicates with agency heads, members of various organizations, utilities, universities, local community leaders, and the Legislature on energy efficiency renewable energy, and environmental issues facing the state.
