Tammy joined the City Parish in February 2007 to work on sustainability projects with the City Parish and administer the Greater Baton Rouge Clean Cities Coalition (GBRCCC).  Prior to joining City Parish, she served as the Coordinator for the GBRCCC for over 3 years.  Her duties include handling all aspects of the Coalition, from administrative tasks to event and conference preparation to media relations.  She has been successful in obtaining federal funding for various alt fuel projects and is currently working on infrastructure development for several large fleets.  A Cum Laude graduate in History and Government from Southeastern Louisiana University, she also attended the Graduate School of Political Management at the George Washington University in Washington studying Environmental Politics.  Her varied employment included working with the Environmental Protection Agency on the Energy Star program and with the Keystone Center focusing on energy issues including Climate Change.
