West Crowder received a B.A. University of Texas, owned and operated ACI Environmental Laboratories in Dallas, Texas. Hired by Bill Richardson to convert all gas stations in the three largest cities in New Mexico to 10% ethanol. Worked for Chrysler Corporation in Dallas, Texas to educate dealers about bio fuels, ways to attract business thru alternative fuel vehicles, and grant opportunities available to increase business. Also worked with several area airports on Chryslers behalf and found many unused applications. Now working with Metairie Dodge in New Orleans to open an alternative fuel station and increase alternative fuel business.
