Public Information Division

The Public Information staff provides ongoing communication with the general public and a statewide media network of newspapers, broadcast news outlets, and news services through press releases, public service announcements, newsletters, informational packets, and other means. Public Information also assists in maintaining the highly regarded DNR Web site with the Information Technology webmaster. Educational outreach activities and community affairs are coordinated by this office.
