Louisiana Oil Prices (Facts Annual Table 17)
It contains Louisiana crude oil price time series: a spot market average for the South Louisiana Sweet (SLS) at St. James, an average SLS posted price by refineries in the state, an average Louisiana wellhead price posted by the US Energy Information Administration, an average Louisiana wellhead price computed from oil severance tax receipts, and an average wellhead price for the OCS's oil. Data from 1960 through 1990 are annual only; and data from January, 1991 to the present are monthly data with annual totals.

United States Oil Prices (Facts Annual Table 18)
It contains United States crude oil price time series: an average wellhead price of all crude oil produced in the US, an average imports oil price from origination point, an average imports oil price landed in a US port, and average refinery prices paid for domestic and foreign oil. Data from 1960 through 1990 are annual only; and data from January, 1991 to the present are monthly data with annual totals.
